Cloud Infrastructure · New Jersey

Cloud services for New Jersey businesses, set up for how you actually work.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Azure or AWS, on-prem or a mix. Exine sets up and manages cloud services for New Jersey companies, moves your email and files, and cleans up setups that grew without a plan.

What you get

Your cloud setup, done properly.

We start from how your people work and build the setup around that.

Setup and access

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace setup
Accounts, licenses and mailboxes configured correctly from day one, with servers in Azure or AWS when you need them.
Microsoft 365 backup
Your Microsoft 365 data is backed up. A deleted mailbox or an overwritten file can be brought back.
Identity and access management
Each person gets the access their job needs and nothing more. When someone leaves, their access leaves with them.
Secure remote-work access
Staff reach company files and apps from home or the road, through access we set up and control.

Moving and cleanup

Email and file migration
Mail and files come off the old server or the old provider and into the new setup, planned with you before the switch.
Cloud cost review
We go through every license and subscription and look for what you pay for but nobody uses.
Cleanup of messy setups
Shared logins, duplicate accounts, files spread across personal drives. We sort it into one setup you can manage.

How it works

Three steps, starting with a map of what you have.

First

IT Assessment

We map your accounts, licenses and files, and who can reach what.

Then

Cloud plan

A written plan for the move or the cleanup, at a fixed price agreed after the assessment. You see the proposal before any work starts.

After

Move and manage

We migrate, set up access, and keep the setup tidy after the switch. Ongoing care is part of managed IT.

From a recent job

A site-to-site VPN that broke because an address changed.

The internet provider had changed the office's public IP, so the cloud side kept calling an address that no longer existed. The router, behind a double NAT, announced the wrong address.

We fixed both ends and got a static IP from the provider, so it cannot fail the same way again.

Sound familiar?

For teams moving to the cloud or cleaning up a messy setup.

It fits offices where the cloud grew one account at a time and nobody owns the whole picture.

An old server in the closet

Remote staff

Accounts added one at a time

One shared login

A second office

That is not a migration. That is a setup you can run.

Moving mailboxes is the easy part. Keeping accounts, access and licenses clean after the move is the real work.

Cloud questions we hear from New Jersey offices.

Should our business move everything to the cloud?

Not always. We work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure and AWS, on-prem or a mix, and the assessment shows which one fits how your business works.

Can you move our email off an old server?

Yes. Email and file migration is part of the service, and we plan the move with you before anything gets switched over.

Does Microsoft 365 need its own backup?

We back it up, and it is part of our managed plan. If someone deletes the wrong folder, we can bring it back.

Can you lower our Microsoft 365 bill?

A cloud cost review looks at every license you pay for. Anything unused or doubled up goes on a list for you to cut.

Can staff work from home securely?

Yes. We set up secure remote access, so people reach company files from home without the office network sitting open to the internet.
